After the steel frame of the upper auxiliary station has been completed a few days ago the walls have now been put in place and the shelter building completed accordingly. The station is ready for instrumentation, for which, however, sponsors are still being sought.
We discovered thereby completely unknown workers, who are anonymously responsible for the completion. Even when repeatedly approached, the two were not willing to identify themselves. Here highest caution is required, because long-term damage to this building is thus hardly traceable and recourse claims not enforceable. In addition, we happened to discover another unauthorized person prowling around the school lab. The responsible offices at STScI are now highly vigilant.
