Not particularly “crisp”….

… wrote club member Michael Haake after he photographed the partial lunar eclipse on September 18 from his balcony. Apart from his achievement of watching the event at 4.00 a.m., the image taken with a Canon camera and a simple spotting scope speaks for itself.

A few minutes later, a picture from Norway arrived taken with a normal camera lens (we also have fans in the far north). Ronja Ulvedatter from Trondheim sent her result with the comment “Take a look”. We are indeed looking and congratulate both of them on their stamina (the text writer was already asleep).
